Luculia St, Baulkham Hills, was designed for our client Matthew Everingham a leading real estate agent who envisioned a home that perfectly captures the essence of modern Mediterranean living. Guided by the brief for modern Mediterranean living, we've brought his vision to life with careful attention to every detail.

Our design uses a large internal courtyard, which serves as the heart of the home. This thoughtfully designed space not only enhances the flow between the interior and exterior but also allows natural light to pour into every room, creating a sense of openness and tranquillity.
